Our gingerbread takes a whole year before we sell it. We mix a pre-dough that rests for a year in order to get the full gingerbread-aroma that we love. When it's time to make some we simply add the rest of the ingredients and then bake it. That's how we get such a full and flavorful taste to our gingerbread. |
